Please note that when you lawfully own a Specks of Dust NFT, you own the specific NFT on the relevant blockchain underlying the Specks of Dust NFT (e.g., the right to sell or otherwise transfer that Specks of Dust NFT). However, Specks of Dust retains all intellectual property rights related to our NFTs. By purchasing our NFTs, you acknowledge that you are acquiring only the ownership of the specific token and not any ownership rights to the underlying intellectual property.

• You may display and transfer the Specks of Dust NFTs you purchase for personal use. However, you may not use our NFTs for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to, reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works.
• You may not use the NFT Media in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, harassing, threatening, abusive, violent, hateful, dangerous, offensive or otherwise objectionable, unreasonable or infringing upon any laws, regulations, rights of Company or a third party, or confidentiality obligations, or that promotes any such activity, including activities related to suicide, self-harm, or dangerous organizations as determined in the Company's sole discretion.

Please note that when you purchase a Specks of Dust NFT, you agree that your purchase from our initial launch of NFTs is all you are guaranteed to receive in exchange for your funds. Whether through primary or secondary channels, the art is what you receive. You agree that you are not relying on any future commitments by Specks of Dust.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Specks of Dust NFTs, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Specks of Dust NFTs are meant to be a fun Non-Fungible Token for you to collect. They are not meant as investment vehicles. We make absolutely no promise or guarantee that these NFTs will be worth
anything more than what you and the market deem the art to be worth. You should be aware that this could be zero. We will try our best to continue building out this project, fostering a community and bringing as much value to the project as we can! You understand that our NFTs have no inherent monetary value, and they should be treated as nothing more than a collectible with potential future value or lack thereof.

You are entirely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling your
Specks of Dust NFTs.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You should review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our NFTs following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
